Wow! What an incredibly busy and wonderful trip. Last month took us on quite the adventure. Our team packed our bags and headed to Las Vegas for the Wedding MBA Convention. If you’ve never been, Wedding MBA brings together thousands of wedding professionals from all across the country. Florists, planners, photographers, venues, catering teams, and creative entrepreneurs all gather for days of education, networking, and (of course) a lot of excitement!
For us at Keepsake Floral, it was the perfect chance to connect with the people we collaborate with most: florists, planners, and creatives who help brides bring their dream day to life.
One of the highlights of the trip was meeting so many vendors who already knew of us or had heard about bouquet preservation but hadn’t seen it up close. We loved getting the chance to talk through our process, explain how we preserve bouquets from start to finish, and show how meaningful these pieces can be for brides.
We especially enjoyed hearing florists share stories about clients who wished they had preserved their bouquet after the wedding. Those conversations reminded us why education matters: helping couples know their options before the flowers fade.
We also spent time speaking with planners and floral designers who were excited to learn more about our partnership program. Many had never realized how seamless it can be to add bouquet preservation as an additional offering for their brides. Others shared creative ideas about how they could integrate our services into their consultation process, welcome packets, or after-wedding follow-ups.
Every conversation reinforced what we already knew: this industry works best when we all support each other.
Ultimately, our biggest takeaway from Wedding MBA is that there’s a growing desire for keepsakes that last. Brides are investing more intentionally. Florists are elevating their offerings. Planners are looking for new ways to add value.
Preserving a bouquet is one of the most meaningful ways to carry the beauty and the sentiment of a wedding day into everyday life. And after spending the week surrounded by passionate wedding pros, we feel more inspired than ever to continue serving with care, craftsmanship, and creativity.
